Diplomancy OXP

This OXP originally just introduced citizenship, taxation, war & peace between systems, and the need for visas to visit certain polities (Corporates, Dictatorships & Commies).
Phkb has since expanded it with several OXPs.
1) Riredi citizen OXP & Digebiti subject OXP - free citizenship/subjecthood of those polities. Riredi is especially important if you have both Diplomancy and Hermitage OXPs loaded (Hermitage - inherit and run your very own rock hermit!)
2) War Zones OXP - creates invasions when systems are at war with each other!
3) Quick Visa OXP allows purchase of a rather more expensive visa near the witchpoint beacon of the system in question.

Toggles between Wars Map <-> Diplomancy Map <-> Warring Systems Map.
This one is the Warring Systems Map: red cross means that the system is at war with somebody, no idea who! (see the other two maps)
