Yeah, I get a similar warning from Antivir, but I just set the files on the ignore list and never had any problems.

Yes, but maybe you should look at the Beamdog version too, because they already offer the Russian voice-pack !Darkone, please replace the version in your file area with the one from 20.4.2011, the other version may crash on startup.

As far as I know both GamersGate and Beamdog versions include the official Russian 1.1 patch merged with my Unofficial Patch 1.3 now, and Beamdog is offering the Russian sound file pack for free as well <E>:)</E ...

The Unofficial Patch 1.3 is the latest one, but 1.4 isn't far off and it will offer everything that the just released official English patches do and a little bit more .
